IX. Returns & Cancellations
Right to Cancel / Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order and withdraw from this contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. This is your statutory “right of withdrawal”.

If the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may make a deduction from your refund proportionate to the diminished value.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Exclusions from Cancellation/Withdrawal

If failure to perform our obligations is due to events beyond our reasonable control (for example natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, government actions or other force majeure events), we shall not be liable for resulting delays or failures, provided we notify you promptly and take reasonable steps to mitigate the effect.
